Sheffield YWCA is an organisation that provides services for vulnerable young women. It is an independent satellite of the YWCA of Great Britain and is a registered charity. Click here for further information about the history and structure of the YWCA.
The aim of the Sheffield YWCA is to support our service users towards independent living and to empower them to achieve their goals.
Mission Statement.
The mission of the Sheffield YWCA is to make a positive difference in the lives of young women and children, primarily through professionally supported accommodation and support services. Through the one-to-one relationships with professional staff, the Sheffield YWCA will assist young women in achieving their highest potential as they grow to become confident, individual, competent parents and fully contributing members of the community.
